The historic brick house restaurant occupies in downtown Jackson Center was built in 1888 with a plain but gracious colonial facade. It has the aura of a historic home, once a boarding house, but the walls are painted in tuscan tones with some of the original chandeliers and paintings of french country touch. Go back to the restrooms and you'll find leopard print wallpapers and rich maple reds adorned with bow tied dog prints. Upstairs are two dining rooms with antique finds and warm tones on the walls, these rooms may be reserved for that special event, christmas parties, rehearsal dinners, or an intimate candlelight dinner. The Verandah menu changes frequently and with seasonal changes, we are happy to use local organic produce when available. We also offer unique and elegant catering.
